A leading multi-service law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion.
Hours - Full time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Location - Edgbaston, Birmingham

The role
*Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
*Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders
*Developing relationships
*Managing own caseload
Previous experience of managing a residential conveyancing caseload is essential.
