*Lead the transition from Access (Select Pay) to Itrent
*Provide process mapping for the new ITrent/MHR procedure where necessary
*Support payroll team training
*Work to regulatory rules
*Bring experience of People’s Pension Salary Sacrifice Scheme and implement processes and guidance
