Employment package: £40,000 salary plus benefits - Year one OTE: £60,000, with the average adviser income being £100,000 thereafter.
Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 candidates only)
- Experience as a Financial Adviser or Paraplanner
- Proficient in networking, presenting, and business development
- Self-motivated, personable, and empathetic with a client-centered approach
- Driven and passionate, committed to providing outstanding client service
