Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our client’s small team as a Warehouse Administrator.
In this role, you will take charge of managing the accurate delivery and dispatch of incoming and outgoing stock, playing a key part in the operational efficiency of the warehouse.
Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail and precision, ensuring seamless stock movement and the smooth day-to-day functioning of the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
*Picking and packing items, boxes (up to 15-20kgs), and pallets
*Ensuring the correct delivery notes and labels are attached to all outgoing parcels
*Coordinating accurate and timely collections by courier companies
*Verifying received stock against delivery notes, including serial and product numbers
*Monitoring and maintaining stock levels for packing materials, office supplies, and stationery
*Logging incoming devices for repair and maintaining accurate records
*Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies promptly
*Conducting annual stock takes and smaller inventory counts as needed
*Packing and preparing devices, products and other marketing material needed for exhibitions
*Ensure the warehouse and office remain tidy and organised
What we are looking for:
*Previous experience in a similar end-to-end role
*Excellent communication and organisations skills
*Pro-active and able to use initiative
*Confident working independently

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 DOE

Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, fully office-based
