H9 Technical are currently looking to recruit a Proposals Manager to join a world leading renewables and environmental company, based in Wolverhampton.
The role is available on a hybrid basis (ideally 3 days in office), with a highly competitive salary and benefits package on offer for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Leading the development of proposals that align with client requirements and company goals
*Creating strategic plans for proposals
*Creating content for proposals
*Ensuring proposals comply with RFP standards
*Working with various teams to enhance proposals
*Maintaining schedules
*Organizing resources
*Coordinating inputs and reviews
*Ensuring bid strategy implementation
*Resolving internal team issues
*Providing process leadership
Experience & Qualifications:
*Technical/engineering background preferred
*Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) desirable but not essential
*Experience of working in the Power Generation sector such as renewables, energy from waste, biomass, CHP, desirable.
*5+ years of proposals, bids and tenders experience on high value industrial scale projects.
*Strong communication skills.
