Key Responsibilities *Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with behavioural and emotional challenges.
*Implement and monitor behaviour management plans, ensuring students feel supported and valued.
*Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to promote positive outcomes for students.
*Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
What We’re Looking For *Experience working with children or young people with behavioral needs (school-based experience is desirable).
*Knowledge of behavior management strategies, including de-escalation techniques.
*A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with staff and families.
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
