As HR Advisor for this busy food manufacturers, you’ll get hands on in this role, advising managers, conducting investigations and being very involved in site recruitment.
Salary – £30,000 Per Annum
Location – Site based / Milton Keynes
Role Type – Full Time / Mon-Fri / 8:30-5

The Role
This role is varied so no two days will be the same! You’ll support the site HRBP in implementing the HR strategy and managing various projects as well as promoting employee engagement, attracting and retaining talent, supporting talent mapping and succession planning, and maintaining accurate HR databases and reports.
You will oversee the core manning and recruitment activities for the factory, ensuring they align with the site’s workforce plans, as well as supporting early careers employees such as graduates and apprentices.
Ideally, you’ll be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it and be comfortable recruiting blue collar employees in a fast-paced setting.
