Sales Advisor

Role summary:
Our insurance client is looking for multiple Sales Advisors to join their large sales team.
The opportunity is home-based and will require strong internet access.
Candidates will need to be flexible with working hours between Monday – Friday.
Key responsibilities :
*Recommend products to customers based on your expert knowledge.
*Deal with any objections or queries given by customers.
*Build relationships and rapport with customers so you can best recommend products to each individual customer.
*Make a high volume of outbound calls to new customers to take them through what products are on offer and let them know of products available to them.
*Work towards individual and team targets.
Required skills and experience:
*Highly resilient and self-motivated; you will need the ability to cope with rejections.
*Target-driven and able to work towards daily personal and team targets.
*1+ years’ experience in an outbound sales environment – we would be interested in speaking to candidates with phone-based or face-to-face sales experience.
*This role will be home-based, so candidates will be self-sufficient and have a suitable home-working environment.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
