Job Description:
Client Services Co-ordinator - up to £28,000
Location Norwich/Cambridge*
Our client is a well-known, successful professional services business, with offices around the region.
This is a pivotal role within the organisation, acting as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone enquiries about the services they offer.
Main duties will include:
*Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
*Providing informative and accurate information to potential customers
*Coordinating meetings between potential customers and fee earners
*Maintaining a pipeline of new business prospects, following up at appropriate times
*Producing reports on trends and performance metrics
The successful candidate will have:
*A minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service or sales environment.
*Ability to build fantastic relationships with prospects and colleagues.
*A professional and client-focused approach at all times.
*Excellent IT and administrations skills.
*this role will initially be based out of Norwich during the training period, after which time the role can be hybrid/remote with occasional travel to Norwich and/or Cambridge.
