Test Technician
Calling all Test Technicians! Are you ready to join a dynamic and growing team? Our client, a leading organisation in the electronics industry, is seeking a skilled Test Technician to join their talented team. If you have a passion for electronics and enjoy testing and troubleshooting equipment, this opportunity is for you!
As a Test Technician, your main responsibility will be to perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic equipment to ensure it meets production schedules and performance standards. You will use test procedures, drawings, and schematics to test and troubleshoot units, documenting test results accurately.

The hours for this role are: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4:15pm & Friday 7am - 12pm
Key responsibilities:
*Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic equipment
*Conduct production assembly operations on electronic components and sub-assemblies
*Maintain fixturing and perform calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
*Collaborate with other departments as a technical interface
*Document test results accurately
*Consider the impact of quality on customers
Experience required:
*Strong understanding of electronics and experience in testing and troubleshooting
*Ability to follow instructions and work on semi-routine assignments
*Excellent communication skills
*Knowledge of ISO practises and procedures
