Systems Administrator - SAP
Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 remote)
Salary: £40,500 per annum
About the Role
An innovative technology company in Oxfordshire is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and maintain their SAP Business ByDesign system.
As the company moves from the implementation phase to full Business As Usual (BAU), you’ll play a key role in handling a variety of administrative tasks related to system maintenance and user management.
Key Responsibilities
*Configure and maintain SAP Business ByDesign, overseeing user roles, workflows, and system integrations with other platforms like Salesforce and PLM.
*Ensure the integrity of Master Data and manage user access, including setting up new users, adjusting permissions for role changes, and deactivating users when needed.
*Provide cross-functional support, resolving both technical and business-related queries.
*Design and generate reports and dashboards to improve data visibility and decision-making.
*Assist in user training, documentation, and the rollout of new SAP modules as the business expands.
What They’re Looking For
*Experience with SAP Business ByDesign or similar SAP finance systems.
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
*Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
