The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working successfully in a fast-paced Executive Search environment and will possess an operational mindset. Who you are: 
• 5+ years of relevant business support experience is required
• You must possess previous experience working successfully in an Executive Search firm
• Deep knowledge regarding end-to-end Executive Search recruitment processes and building and maintaining client – candidate relationship is highly desirable
• You will possess an operational mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment 
• The ability to work with C–Suite, high-profile, and high–net worth individuals successfully
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

What you will do:
• Complex diary management
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Corresponding effectively with clients and candidates on behalf of the Managing Partner
• Project/Operational support for the team as needed
