The Mortgage and Protection BrokerRole:

As a Mortgage and Protection Broker you will provide expert mortgage advice to a range of clients, ensuring their financial goals are met through tailored mortgage solutions. Working in the Head Office and branches across the local area.
you will have an existing portfolio of clients, as well as develop new business opportunities from the branches and advisors you work alongside.

Mortgage and Protection BrokerKey Responsibilities:


*Advising clients on a full range of mortgage products to suit their needs
*Conducting detailed financial assessments and affordability checks
*Managing the mortgage application process from start to finish
*Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients
*Meeting individual and team targets

Mortgage and Protection BrokerPackage:


*Competitive base salary up to £35k depending on banking experience
*Generous tiered commission structure (12.5% - 30%)
*Working 4 Days in the Head Office & Local Branches & 1 day Working from Home
*Full administrative support, allowing you to focus on advising and building relationships

Mortgage and Protection BrokerRequirements:


*CeMAP qualification or equivalent (required)
*Proven track record in mortgage advice and sales
*Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline of business
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service
