Job Description:
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Accounts Payable Clerk to join a business based in Avonmouth for a period of 3 months.
Role: Accounts Payable Clerk
Salary: £26,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)
Duration: 3 months
Start date: ASAP or first week of January
Working pattern: Full time - 37.5 hours a week. Post training, hybrid working is 3 days in the office, 2 from home
Free parking is available
Responsibilities include:
*Monitor and register incoming invoices and ensuring all details are accurately inputted
*Resolve invoice queries
*Manage supplier accounts
*Statement reconciliations
Skills/Experience needed:
*Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance position is preferred - But not essential to be considered
*High attention to detail
*Confident communicator
*Computer literate
*Willing to learn
*Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment
*Strong organisational skills
*Proactive attitude
