Job Description:
My client who is a premium Retail Manufacturer is looking for an experienced Technical Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead technical materials projects for global OTC and Food Supplement brands.
Ensure supply, quality, and regulatory aspects are managed for project planning and execution.
Collaborate across functions such as Quality, Safety, Purchases, Operations, Engineering, and Brand.
Work with R&D groups in Reading and other global technical innovation sites.
Required:
Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Advanced skills in critical appraisal of data.
Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities across multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Collaborative approach to work.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Scientific degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Life Sciences.
Experience in qualifying raw material and consumer goods products.
Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
