National Account Manager - Tesco
Hybrid with 2 days in Home Counties HQ
£45-50k basic (DoE) + car allowance, bonus, healthcare and pension

The Role
*You will be part of a Tesco Customer Account team, reporting to a Controller with P&L and JBP responsibility for part of this #1 customer
*Acting as the internal champion for Tesco, aligning cross-functional teams on priorities to deliver their Retailer Own Brand strategy
*Owning execution of plans focusing on core range, NPD listings, distribution gaps, and promotional activities.
*Lead range review negotiations with category insights and support.
*Forecast financial performance and analyse post-activity results to drive future success.
*Report weekly performance, providing detailed variance analysis.

*We’re seeking individuals with experience in Customer Management (NAE/JNAM/NAM level) with direct P&L ownership or within a Customer Account team part managing the JBP for grocery or discounter retailers
*Retail Buyers considering a switch to the supplier side are encouraged to apply.
*You’ll have a strong understanding of P&L management and Retailer Own Brand strategies.
*Ability to use category insights to create compelling business cases and conduct reviews.
*Whilst at early stages in your career you will be skilled in building relationships, negotiating JBPs, and delivering measurable results.
*Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
