FAMILY LAWYER, 2+ PQE, WEST SUSSEX, SALARY UP TO £35 - 45,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join the growing family team of this Resolution recognised firm. Job ref: 215297981
The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of matters relating to family law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and sensitive situations.
• The firm are open to considering qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Senior Paralegals with a strong level of experience in family law matters.
• You should be personable and empathetic, with the confidence to manage complex and sensitive cases, including matrimonial finance matters (both pre- and post-nuptial agreements), civil partnership dissolutions, divorces (involving high-net-worth individuals, military personnel, and pension arrangements), child custody arrangements, maintenance disputes, and cases concerning grandparents’ rights.
• You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and other stakeholders while delivering exceptional care to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
