*Salary: £30k - £45k 
Reed Legal are recruiting for a Conveyancing Specialist to manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in managing complex legal property transactions and developing strong client relationships.
Day-to-day of the role: *Manage a caseload involving sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
*Process cases efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
*Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders, providing exceptional service and fostering strong professional relationships.
*Develop new professional relationships and maintain existing ones to secure additional sources of work.
*Generate fee income in line with agreed targets and manage work allocation, productivity, and quality with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have significant experience managing your own caseload in conveyancing.
*Recent practical experience in the legal profession, with a proven track record in client case management and fee earning within Conveyancing.
*Organised, process-driven, and commercially astute, with an understanding of business targets and their impact on the practice.
*Committed to providing an excellent standard of client care.
*IT literate, experienced in using web-based case management systems.
*Skilled in handling client enquiries both face-to-face and by telephone.
