Your new role
*Accurately input and verify data into various systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
*Maintain organised records and files, both physical and digital, to facilitate efficient retrieval of information.
*Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and other clerical tasks.
*Learn and utilise specialised software, such as COINS, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What you’ll need to succeed
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
*Able to work in a fast-paced environment (essential)
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*Previous experience in construction or housing industry (essential)
*Experience with COINS software (beneficial, not essential)
