Year 6 Teacher – January 2025
Are you an experienced and passionate teacher ready to guide Year 6 pupils through a pivotal stage in their education? A ’Good’ primary school in the heart of Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join their team in January 2025.
*** Year 6 Teacher
*** January 2025 – July 2025
*** £185 - £240 per day (depending on experience)
*** ’Outstanding’ 2 form entry primary school, Central Birmingham
*** Year 6 support and guidance through the national curriculum
The Role
As a Year 6 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering a well-rounded and engaging curriculum to prepare pupils for their transition to secondary school. This includes:
*Curriculum delivery: Teaching the full range of subjects with a strong focus on English and Maths, ensuring pupils meet key milestones.
*Support and development: Differentiating instruction to meet individual needs and helping all learners to thrive.
*Exam preparation: Equipping pupils with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their SATs.
*Pastoral care: Fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes well-being and achievement.
