About the Mortgage and Protection Broker Role
As a Mortgage and Protection Broker, you’ll manage the entire client journey, from initial contact to completion, with the support of experienced administrators and compliance professionals. This is a role that thrives on delivering a personal, hand-holding service to clients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities
*Provide expert advice on mortgage and protection products tailored to client needs.
*Handle a diverse caseload, including complex cases such as buy-to-let and self-employed applicants.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with BDMs to secure exceptional outcomes for clients.
*Work with leads from various sources, including estate agents, accountants, and walk-ins, with a high first-appointment conversion rate.
*Participate in monthly team events and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

The Mortgage and Protection Broker Package
*Basic Salary: £30,000
*Commission Structure:
*£3k - £6k: 15%
*£6k+: 30%

*Annual bonus of 3% once you bank £134k
*Brokers banking on average £150k
