What will I be doing -
.
* *Employee contracts & Issuing references
*Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies, and document progress in the ticket system
*HR database / document management
*Deliver a high-quality employee experience
*Collaborate with other HR Team members across the business to action and respond to queries .
What will I need ,
*Ideally shared service model within EMEA region HR Shared Services organisation’s or in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders would be an advantage
*HR or Commercial vocational training required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or related field would be an advantage
.
*Fluent in English and Spanish
*Organised and detailed orientated
*Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
*Ability to follow processes / with mindset for continuous improvement
*Exceptional customer service skill
*Ability to work in high growth environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand
