Job Description:
Cherry Professional are seeking a dedicated Support Administrator to join a lively team on a full-time, permanent, fully on-site basis in NG4, Nottingham. This role offers a salary of £22,308 per annum.
Responsibilities:
*Process EE connections directly with IMC on behalf of business partners.
*Accurately handle connections online, over the phone, or via email.
*Conduct credit checks for business partners.
*Verify the accuracy of orders submitted by business partners and provide feedback or declines as appropriate.
*Thoroughly review proofs of address, ID, and business documents to ensure compliance with network guidelines.
*Manage mailboxes and ticket workflows, responding to connection/credit check queries promptly.
*Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
*Collaborate with team members to provide support and assistance.
*Guide business partners in using our fulfilment service and escalate training needs to Business Management.
*Coordinate with couriers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
*Report system issues promptly for resolution.
About you:
*A proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Experience in managing workflows and providing exceptional partner support.
