Service Manager
Basic - £55,000
OTE - £70,000+
Prestige Main Dealer - Manchester
C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive Service Manager to join a busy and well established Aftersales department in Manchester.
You will need previous experience working as a Service Manager within the Automotive Sector and a proven track record.
Service Manager Role Overview
• Driving the profitability and service levels of the aftersales department.
• Managing all costs and administering company procedures.
• Motivate and focus the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Attend and participate in performance related management/team meetings
• Establish staff training needs; communicate training requests
• Handle customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines.
• Liaising with other Managers to ensure all responsibilities are covered on a daily basis.
Service Manager Requirements:
• Experience working as a Service Manager/Aftersales Manager with the Motortrade/Automotive sector.
• Proven track record.
• Stable Career history.
• Full driving license is required.
