Exciting Opportunity: Lead Planner for a Thriving Practice
Are you a talented and enthusiastic Planner ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to manage a small but impactful Planning Department for a well-established Architects and Planning Consultancy based in Northampton.
With over 13 years of experience delivering high-quality, professional schemes to a diverse range of clients and sectors, our client has built a strong reputation for excellence. Now, they’re looking for a passionate individual to lead the planning function and contribute to their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage your own caseload with support from Directors.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
*Collaborate with the architectural team, contributing to design and planning approaches.
*Deliver expert planning advice and guide projects through varied sectors, including care homes, residential developments, industrial buildings, barn conversions, and more.
What You’ll Need:
*Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
*A client-focused mindset with the ability to foster meaningful relationships.
*The confidence to take ownership of the Planning Department and drive it forward.
