Job Description:
We are looking for an Operations Site Manager to join our client on an initial 6 month FTC, there could be the option to extend. This role is based permanently at their site in Wethersfield. Our Client is an independent organisation who provide accommodation services to numerous organisations across the UK and continues to develop its business in both central and local government as well as the charitable section.
As the Operations Site Manager, you will be responsible for Staff and Service User management, with full delegated responsibility for the Wellbeing of Service Users and the infrastructure of the site. You will be the first point of contact with staff and sub-contractors and have full responsibility to manage them and ensure that the client’s interests and the requirements of the Home Office are met in a timely, commercially conscious, and compliant manner.
Wethersfield’s sole purpose is to provide temporary, safe accommodation to the Service Users onsite.
The suitable candidate must have experience in people and site management.
This role requires a leadership that encompasses oversight throughout the working week and silent hours, including nights and weekends. Hours of work: 44 per week, working 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends. 5-week shift pattern to cover 7 days a week, shifts will be agreed in advance .
The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
