Position Overview:
I am delighted to be supporting my client in their search for an Environmental Administrator, to join their Servicing Division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied role and enjoys meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Responsibilities:
*Obtaining Environmental Permits
*Quoting for, and administrating, environmental packages
*Preparing Environmental Management Systems and keeping them up to date
*Managing samples including booking collections, ordering sample bottles, dispatching paperwork, updating spreadsheets, creating orders, invoicing, sending results and adding results to system
*Dealing with all EA enquiries/failures and ensuring response is within a specified timeframe
*Providing administrative support to the Servicing Team, undertaking admin tasks as requested
*Dealing with customers - telephone calls, emails, letters
*Communicating with other departmental staff
*Dealing with new enquiries
*Extensive email and telephone correspondence
*Accurately prepare and process all sales administration
*Proactively update CRM

*Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work to own initiative
