About the Business
An opportunity to be a Management Accountant for a service business based in Birmingham. The business operates across the country, that’s fast paced and rapidly growing.
Main Duties:
As a Management Accountant, your main duties include:
*Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statements
*Calculation of accruals, prepayments, and deferred Income
*Monthly bank reconciliations
*Journal postings
*Variance analysis
*Balance Sheet reconciliations
*Analysis of income against costs
*Cash flow management
*Quarterly Management Accounts preparation on behalf of external clients
Location / Office / Culture
The role is based in Birmingham and has a minimum of two days a week in the office. The company operates from a modern office with a strong Finance Team of circa 30.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience in management accounting
*Good IT skills, most notably Excel
