*Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
*Client Relationship Management:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers.
*Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
*Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
*Recruitment Process Management:
*Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
*Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
*Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
*Market Research and Analysis:
*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market conditions.
*Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and practices.
