Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier therapy and nursing professionals in various healthcare settings. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Candidate Sourcing and Management:
*Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapy and nursing professionals.
*Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
*Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
*Client Relationship Management:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers.

*Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
*Recruitment Process Management:

*Market Research and Analysis:
