Job Description:
Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (Parking On-Site)
Contract: 6-month Temporary Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Ipswich
Role Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous Compliance Administrator to join our client, who are a recruitment agency based in Ipswich. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure candidate files meet client requirements, working closely with consultants and candidates to resolve any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
*Obtain information and check documentation from candidates, to ensure eligibility to work.
*Verify candidate files for compliance with client specifications.
*Collaborate with consultants and candidates to rectify discrepancies.
*Maintain accurate records and update systems promptly.
*Assist in preparing compliance reports and audits.
*Provide administrative support to the compliance team.
Requirements:
*Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
*Previous experience in high compliance within the recruitment industry is a must
