Juice is delighted to be supporting a creative retail company based in Radstock in their search for a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant to join their friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a family-run business that takes pride in delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will assist customers and provide information about the diverse product range through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
DAY-TO-DAY: *Responding to customer queries via phone, face-to-face interactions, and the website.
*Developing a thorough understanding of all products and providing detailed information to customers.
*Processing orders efficiently and in a timely manner.
*Handling enquiries and advising customers on telephone orders.
*Additional responsibilities include restocking shelves, pricing new deliveries, conducting price checks on the system, and performing other related tasks.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE: *Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
*A positive and proactive approach.
*The ability to complete tasks in a timely and professional manner.
*A can-do, team-oriented attitude.
*Initiative and productivity during quieter periods.
*The ability to perform heavy lifting as part of day-to-day tasks.

*30 hours over 4 days, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
