Job Description:

This is an opportunity for a local Development Manager to be part of a team tasked with developing new and desirable affordable homes across the Greater Cambridge Area.


The developments you deliver will make a real difference to residents and families.

As a Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of creating thriving communities. Playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, affordable housing alongside modern and sustainable mixed-use developments and community centres.


Your Impact:

* Deliver Innovative Projects: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to handover. Including development appraisals, cost management and feasibility reports.

* Forge Strong Partnerships with key stakeholders, including joint venture initiatives.

* Drive Sustainable Development by implementing environmentally friendly practices and community-focused strategies to deliver high quality housing.



What You’ll Bring:

* Proven experience in project management, ideally within the housing development sector.

* A RICS accredited degree with a deep understanding of construction processes, regulations, and financial management.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

* A passion for creating affordable housing and improving lives.
