Job Description:
Payroll Administrator
Competitive Salary
Hybrid – 1-2 days from home per week
Our Manchester based client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team in on permanent basis. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, handle queries via tickets and telephone to ensures a timely and accurate resolution. Provide additional support to the department where required.
Key Responsibilities:
*Payroll Processing – (weekly payroll processes)
*Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries investigating where required.
*Process Advance Payments and adjustments.
*Compliance of GDPR legislation.
*Work to achieve team and individual KPI’s
*Cross training with all other payroll teams across the department to fulfil internal/external implementation requirements to support change.
Key Skills needed:
*Communication and listening
*Ability to work as a team
*Ability to work in fast-paced environment
*Ability to work under pressure
*Strong attention to detail
*Customer Service
*Payroll experience
*Knowledge on PAYE, Tax and National Insurance.
*Maths and English GCSE Equivalent of C or higher
