What We’re Looking For: *A trainee or someone new to the industry – no prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
*A desire to learn and grow into a Service Advisor role, with the potential to unlock pay plans and more opportunities.
What We Offer: *Base Salary: £24,000-£26,000, with an OTE of up to £28,000 (including service plan sales).
*Training: Fully funded Kia training to develop your skills and advance your career.
*Career Progression: A clear path to becoming a Service Advisor and beyond.
*Flexible Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with Saturdays on a rotational basis (1 in 3, moving to 1 in 4 once fully staffed).
