Job Description:
Recruitment Supplier Relationship Specialist, 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Remote position with weekly travel to our London or Luton Office
The Role
The SRM team is responsible for the effective management of third-party and group suppliers, enabling the creation of robust and dynamic supply chains that align with our clients’ requirements. The team plays a crucial role in enhancing the company’s digital presence and improving customer engagement through strategic supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure they fully understand the program strategy and vision. Standardize terms and conditions in the supplier MSA and include performance measures
*Assess the current supply base to ensure proper coverage by category and geography. Maintain supplier interest with strategic sessions that offer insight into talent forecasting and other business motivators
*Plan and organise resources to move specific tasks, events, or duties towards completion
*Assist clients with the strategy, development of communications, and training curriculum to deal with the transition or transformation of organisational processes or technology
*Utilise data and analytics to provide quarterly score carding and rank suppliers amongst peers
About you
*Experience in managed service/recruitment outsourcing provision
*Supply chain consultant experience
*Experience managing implementation projects
*Contract negotiation experience
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relationships effectively
*Ability to multitask across multiple projects, tasks, and processes
*Experience in project management and change management
*Proficiency in data analysis and performance management
*Knowledge of standardising terms and conditions in supplier agreements
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
