*Lead financial planning and analysis for key business units
*Collaborate with various team leaders to drive financial performance
*Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
*Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals
*Advise on investment strategies and manage financial risk
*Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
*Mentor and guide finance team members
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
*Professional qualification in accounting (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Proven experience in a finance business partner role
*Excellent knowledge of financial forecasting and risk management
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
*Ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
*Exceptional communication and presentation skills
*Proficiency in finance software and MS Office suite
