Day-to-day of the role: *Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from initiation to completion.
*Providing legal advice to clients in a clear, understandable, and professional manner.
*Preparing and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions.
*Conducting research and handling legal inquiries related to residential property.
*Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery to all clients.
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to residential conveyancing.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Must be a qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
*Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
