Job Description:
The Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning and analysis department, ensuring effective strategic planning, financial forecasting, and reporting within the Not For Profit sector. This role is based in Oxford (high flexibility) and requires robust accounting & finance knowledge and leadership skills.

*Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
*Design and implement robust financial models for forecasting and analysis.
*Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
*Liaise with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
*Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
*Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Profile
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
*A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
*Chartered Accountancy qualification or equivalent.
*Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Not For Profit sector or wanting to step into this sector.
*Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
*Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
*Well-versed in financial software and databases.
