We are looking for a motivated and proactive National Account Executive to join our Commercial team and play a pivotal role in managing our customer portfolios and driving new business growth.
The RoleAs a National Account Executive, you will work alongside National Account Managers to manage existing core accounts, secure new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall commercial success of Calor. This role offers a clear development path, providing opportunities to shadow and assist senior managers while building your own portfolio of customers.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for building strong relationships, a strategic mindset, and a drive to achieve targets. There will also be a requirement to travel to sites to strengthen relationships, gain insight into operations, and provide hands-on support to customers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
*Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure retention and drive contract renewals.
*Business Development: Identify and engage with new prospects and lapsed customers to grow your portfolio.
*Performance Monitoring: Track account performance using CRM and reporting tools, providing actionable insights to achieve sales targets.
*Customer Service: Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to resolve issues, maintain high satisfaction levels, and ensure seamless delivery.
*Market Insight: Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activity, providing regular feedback to the Commercial team.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Legal teams to ensure compliance, forecast accuracy, and effective volume & profit delivery.
What We’re Looking For
*Background in LPG, energy, utilities, or commodity-based sectors is advantageous.
*Skills: *Proven ability to deliver results through strategic planning and sales tracking.
*Strong presentation, selling, and negotiation skills.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Numerate with the ability to analyse data and identify trends.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.

*Attributes: *Self-motivated with a desire to learn and progress.
*Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities.
*Strong relationship builder who thrives in a collaborative environment.
