Job description – HR Administrator
In this HR Coordinator role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including HR system management, audits, process management, invoicing, employee welfare, performance management, onboarding and leavers processes. Essentially, this means you can be involved across a range of responsibilities, including impacting overall company strategy.
 
As you progress in this role there is the potential to become HR business partner.
 
Key responsibilities - HR Administrator
In thisHR Officer job in London, your responsibilities will include:
*Management of all HR systems.
*Monitoring HR inbox.
*Creating and owning HR newsletter.
*HR auditing.
*Payroll, benefits and invoicing for multiple offices.
*Managing leaving process, including leading exit interviews.
*Championing company charity events and initiatives.
*Managing employee onboarding process – this will be key as the company looks to double in size.
*Attending employee performance meetings.
*Managing employee welfare processes.
*HR strategy; looking to add automation into company HR processes to drive efficiency.
