Role: Daily Supply Teaching Assistant
Start: ASAP
Contract: Daily Supply
Location: SE19, South London
Rate: £90 - £100 Per day
Remedy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daily Supply Teaching Assistant. This role is for someone who wants a flexible part time role or those who study. This Teaching Assistant role requires you to work with students who have SEND.
Daily Supply Teaching Assistant |ideal candidate:
*Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.
*Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.
*Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
