Job Description:
An ambitious Tax Director is sought to join an expanding tax team based in Bristol.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Tax Director will influence the development of the practice and take on People Management and Business Development responsibilities.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working. Whether working from the office, from home, or from a client site, the firm supports its people in achieving the right balance of flexibility while delivering excellent client service. Working closely with the Bristol office Senior Management Team (SMT), the Tax Director will help grow the portfolio of tax clients and expand and develop the team, adding value to clients and helping people realize their full potential.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
*Collaborating with the management team to manage and develop the tax team, including recruiting team members and coaching them to reach their potential.
*Building strong relationships with a broad portfolio of tax clients and ensuring the continued provision of a quality trusted advisor service.
*Building and maintaining a good network of local contacts within the market to aid business development.
