Description
Market Expansion and Strategy:
*Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the hygiene sector.
*Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
*Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management: *Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
*Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
*Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored hygiene solutions.
Sales and Revenue Growth: *Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
*Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement promotional activities.
*Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Team Collaboration: *Work closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and quality align with client expectations.
*Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
Reporting and Analysis: *Prepare detailed business development reports, including forecasts, KPIs, and market analysis.
*Track and report on business development activities and results.
Profile
*5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hygiene, FMCG, or related industries.
*Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
*Experience working with Blue Chip businesses
*Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
*Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a dynamic market.
*Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
