Job Title: Operations Technician
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, Full Time, Job Share option available
Salary Range: £19,000 - £24,000
Location: Bournemouth
Closing date: Tuesday 7th January
Operations Technician: To support delivery of the Facilities Department priorities by providing a professional and effective operational support service to the business, covering a wide range of tasks and processes.
Main Responsibilities as an Operations Technician:
*Be the first point of contact for all visitors and Facilities related requests, ensuring that enquiries are remedied efficiently, including compliant use of Ageas or 3rd party systems when needed.
*Support site security through operation of the staff access systems in accordance with security procedures and audit requirements.
*Deliver a professional and effective reception service, including the redirection of any inbound calls via the switchboard and face to face contact with visitors.
*Ensure that all Ageas procedures, policies and standards are met while providing a positive workplace experience.
*Support cross site working especially during times of staff shortage.
Skills and experience you need as an Operations Technician:
*Ideally have a background in administration, but not essential.
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems.
*Effective communicator - verbal and written.
*Strong level of organisational skills.
