Job Description:
I ma keen to speak with HR Project Managers who are open to a 11 month contract based in the Middle east. This is a contract opportunity, working onsite for a commercial business based in the middle east. Flights and accommodation to be provided. Client and exact location to be discussed.
You will be part of a cultural transformation programme transforming the companies culture to one that embraces technology and innovation, in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for;
1. Design cultural transformation strategies, leadership development initiatives, communication plans, and departmental plan reviews.
2. Implement leadership development programs and training sessions for culture and engagement teams.
3. Lead the implementation of the action plan produced by the consultant. Provide oversight and guidance to project teams. (Milestone will be based priorities action plan and throughout the period of contract and proper handover)
4. Assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust plans as needed.
5. Continue with the execution of cultural transformation initiatives. Conduct knowledge transfer at least 4 sessions for internal teams.
6. Evaluate overall cultural shifts and impact on organizational performance. Provide recommendations for sustaining cultural transformation efforts.
Requirements
*Previous HR project management experience.
*Track record of delivering culture change.
*Ability to create leadership development plans
*Senior stakeholder engagement skills
