Senior Marketing Insight Analyst
Bradford – Hybrid
Up to £50,000
Forward Role are working with an established, lifestyle retail brand who are on the hunt for a new Senior Marketing Insight Analyst who can balance technical expertise with strategic insight and effective communication.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with marketing and commercial teams on varied, impactful projects while contributing to a business that balances traditional marketing with ongoing growth across digital.
As the Senior Marketing Insight Analyst, you’ll take a leading role in analysing campaign and customer data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to drive improvements in customer experience, marketing efficiency, and overall business profitability.
You’ll be part of a supportive, stable team that values collaboration and long-term development.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Analyse and interpret customer data to identify trends and insights – driving customer experience and NPS.
*Measuring marketing effectiveness, providing insights to optimise marketing spend and ROI.
*Manage and refine customer models, including segmentation, clustering, regression and predictive analytics.
*Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on both traditional and digital initiatives.
*Lead projects that support a growing online presence while maintaining a loyal customer base.
*Lead and mentor a small team and support succession planning within the insights function.
Skills & Experience:
*Experience in an Insight Analyst role, with a good understanding of Marketing
*Experience with tools such as SAS, SQL or similar to manipulate large data sets
*Exposure to digital KPIs and use of GA4 is desirable, but not essential
*Understanding of advanced analytics techniques and customer modelling
*A strong ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
*Proven project leadership skills, people management is desirable.
