Job Description:
Job Scope:
We are looking to recruit a Clinical Deputy Manager who will provide hands-on nursing leadership for our client, an organization that cares for over 1,000 older people through nursing and dementia care homes, home care, and well-being support services. With over 30 years of experience, they are dedicated to making a positive impact in their community.
The Clinical Deputy Manager will ensure high standards of person-centered care, assess care needs, and develop individualized care plans. As a solution-oriented role model, the Clinical Deputy Manager will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance resident experiences.
This role requires strong organizational skills and an understanding of change management. The ideal Clinical Deputy Manager will be forward-thinking and committed to driving innovation. Our client operates 10 specialist care homes and strives to create vibrant and fulfilling communities for all residents.
Do you have?
*Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin and current CPD evidence.
*Experience working in a nursing home, demonstrating strong care planning and documentation skills.
*Proven leadership abilities with a focus on high-quality care delivery.
*Experience in a large elderly care setting.
*Confident in managing and leading shifts.
*Experienced in conducting assessments.
