Key Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive support to the conveyancing team in managing property transactions.
*Assist with administrative tasks, including drafting documents, maintaining case files, and ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
*Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other third parties to support the smooth progress of transactions.
*Handle document preparation, file management, and other essential tasks to assist with property sales, purchases, and related transactions.
*Maintain an organised approach to work, ensure deadlines are met and issues are promptly communicated to the conveyancing team.
Requirements:
*1-2 years of experience in conveyancing or real estate is essential.
*Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
*Attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
