Job Description:

Empowering Learning are looking for Teacher of SEND to work in an impressive SEND Specialist Setting in Nottingham. Experience working in a school setting and experience with SEND pupils is favourable.
Required Experience:
*QTS or Equivalent
*Taught across subjects
*Be highly organised with excellent communication skills
*Have a desire to work with, inspire and support children
*Have an interest in supporting young people with a variety of SEND
*Have experience supporting children with additional needs
*Be a part of the school team taking part in the wider school environment
*Have an understanding of SEMH and Behavioural Teaching
Job Description:
*Class teacher to a group and day to day running of the class
*Teacher children across a wide range lessons/school activities
*Supporting staff/children during lunch and break times
*Managing pupils personalised learning based on their individual need.
*Delivering to small groups
*Collecting evidence of children’s work to support their assessment
*Managing Teaching Assistants within the class setting
Support:
*Dedicated consultant allocated to support you with any questions or concerns
*CV writing support
*£150 Referral scheme for Teachers and Teaching Assistants
*Access to training workshops and CPD courses to provide professional development.
