Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are happy to be supporting a well-respected and established Company who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to exceed Customer’s expectations.

This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role, offering a Competitive Salary, personal development, the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus, and internal progression.

Refreshingly, there are no KPI’s or targets to work to; it’s all about handling inbound Customer calls, actively listening to Customers’ needs, taking the appropriate action and providing a follow up email to the Customer detailing the call and the action taken whilst also pre-empting any future questions that the Customer may have and providing the relevant information- ensuring that you have done everything possible to help the Customer.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
*Handling low-volume, incoming Customer calls
*Responding to email queries
*Resolving the Customer query / request from start to finish
*Proactively introduce products and services
*Maintaining Customer records
*Adhering to the Company’s compliance policies and procedures

You will have the following skills and attributes:
*A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar, telephone-focused Customer Service role preferably within the Financial Services sector
*A professional and friendly approach
*Excellent listening skills
*Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
*A pro-active approach to personal development
